Delivery times vary according to the selected shipping method and the destination provided at checkout.
The delivery timeframe displayed at checkout begins once the order has been shipped.
During product launches, periods of high demand, or promotional campaigns, shipping times may be extended.
Right of withdrawal: up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product
Exchanges: up to 15 (fifteen) calendar days after receiving the product
Defective products: up to 90 (ninety) calendar days, in accordance with consumer protection laws

In the case of exchanges, the customer may indicate the desired replacement product, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for exchange or return, the product must:
Be unused
Be in perfect condition
Show no signs of misuse, damage, drops, or alterations
Be returned in its original packaging, ensuring proper protection during transportation
All returned items undergo technical inspection at our facility.
Due to the technological nature of the process, our products may present subtle variations in texture or finish. These are natural characteristics of 3D printing.
Such variations do not affect product quality and are not considered manufacturing defects.
If the selected replacement product has a higher value, the price difference must be paid via PIX or the available payment methods.
If the replacement product has a lower value, the difference may be issued as store credit or refunded, subject to review.
Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund will be processed within up to 7 (seven) business days.
The time for the refund to appear may vary depending on the card issuer and may take up to two billing cycles.
The customer will be notified by email once the process is completed.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, the customer must contact us within 90 calendar days of receiving the product and provide:
Order number
Description of the defect
Photo or video documentation
The analysis period after receiving the product is up to 7 business days and may result in exchange, refund, or store credit.
Defects caused by misuse, drops, or use outside recommended conditions are not covered.
All Solanis Concept products include a 90 (ninety) day legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
Any additional warranties, when applicable, will be specified in the product description.
Providing an accurate delivery address is the customer's responsibility
In case of delivery failure due to incorrect information, reshipping costs may be charged
We do not accept returns sent via cash-on-delivery (COD) shipping methods
